Is there parking available?

Yes, our venue have dedicated parking area for our guests with EV charging points. Charging cables are not supplied.

Restaurant SOW in Tenbury Wells serves contemporary, farm-to-table British cuisine with a strong focus on sustainability, seasonality, and locally sourced ingredients from the Netherwood Estate. The menu features tasting menus, British produce, and local pairings.

The atmosphere at Restaurant SOW is one of refined tranquility and natural beauty. Imagine stepping onto a meticulously maintained estate, where the gentle fragrance of the surrounding gardens mingles with the subtle aromas of our kitchen.

Inside, you'll find an elegant dining room, bathed in natural light, with views of the verdant fields. The decor is carefully curated to reflect the seasons, with natural textures and subtle colors that complement the stunning landscape. Soft music plays in the background.

What is your price range?

At Restaurant SOW, we offer a dining experience that reflects the quality of our ingredients and the care with which our dishes are prepared. You can anticipate our tasting menus to range between £60-£120 per person, before beverages. We also offer a curated drinks pairing to complement the meal, which is priced separately.
Alcoholic drinks pairing £35-£80
Soft drinks pairing £30-£65

If you stay in one of our lovely room it is £200 / night and we offer breakfast for £40 per person.

Do you offer takeout or delivery?

At Restaurant SOW, we are dedicated to providing a truly exceptional dining experience, one that is best enjoyed within the unique ambiance of our estate. The artistry of our cuisine, the careful balance of flavors, and the overall atmosphere are all integral to the experience we offer.

Therefore, while we appreciate your interest in enjoying our creations, we do not offer a takeaway service. We believe that the full SOW experience – the setting, the service, and the carefully crafted dishes – is best savored within our dining room. Yes, we do offer outdoor seating at Restaurant SOW. When the weather permits, our guests are welcome to dine al fresco, surrounded by the beauty of our estate. It's a truly delightful way to enjoy the exquisite cuisine and the natural surroundings. We encourage you to inquire about availability when making your reservation.

Do you have a dress code?

At Restaurant SOW, we do not have a particular dress code. However, our guests often enjoy dressing in smart casual attire, which complements the elegant atmosphere of our dining room. We want you to feel comfortable and stylish as you enjoy your meal.

At Restaurant SOW, the experience is meticulously orchestrated, and therefore, reservations are essential. We do not accommodate spontaneous visits. To secure your place at our table, we invite you to make a reservation through our website. This ensures your participation in the carefully crafted narrative we present.

What is your policy on cancellations?

At Restaurant SOW, we meticulously prepare for each guest's culinary journey. Should circumstances necessitate a cancellation, the following policy applies:

For parties of 1 to 4 guests, the full menu price of £40(breakfast)/£50(Sunday lunch)/£60(Short tasting menu)/£120(Full tasting menu) per person will be charged, if the cancellation is within 7 days of the reservation for. 
For parties of 5 or more guests, the full menu price of £40(breakfast)/£50(Sunday lunch)/£60(Short tasting menu)/£120(Full tasting menu) per person will be charged, if the cancellation is within 14 days of the reservation for

Do you have vegetarian, vegan options?

Yes, we do offer a vegetarian tasting menu. However, we currently do not have a dedicated vegan option. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions as best we can, so please let us know if you have any specific needs when making your reservation, and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you have a kids' menu?

At Restaurant SOW, we aim to provide a memorable dining experience for all. While we do not have a dedicated children's menu, we do offer smaller portions of select dishes for our younger guests on Sundays.

Can I customize a dish?

At Restaurant SOW, our chefs orchestrate a seasonal symphony of flavors, drawing inspiration from the local micro-seasons. Each dish is a carefully considered element of this narrative. Regrettably, due to the intricate nature of our tasting experience, we are unable to accommodate personal dislikes or requests for customization. We trust in the artistry of our chefs to guide you through this culinary journey.

Do you use fresh/local ingredients?

Yes, absolutely. At Restaurant SOW, we are deeply committed to using fresh, local ingredients. In fact, a significant portion of the produce we use is grown right here on our estate, allowing us to offer the freshest and most flavorful dishes possible. We believe this direct connection to the land is essential to creating a truly exceptional dining experience.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

At Restaurant SOW we are unable to cater for guests with vegan, gluten and dairy free diets. 

Alongside our main tasting menu we offer a pescatarian and vegetarian tasting menu with prior request.

Guests with any dietary requirements or allergies are kindly requested to contact our Guest Relations team prior to booking, allowing us to determine if we can suitably accommodate their needs. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Do you take reservations?

At Restaurant SOW, the experience is meticulously orchestrated, and therefore, reservations are essential. We do not accommodate spontaneous visits. To secure your place at our table, we invite you to make a reservation through our website. This ensures your participation in the carefully crafted narrative we present.

How do I make a reservation?

To reserve a table at Restaurant SOW please visit our WEBSITE and follow the online booking process via SEVENROOMS, our booking system.

Please choose "Stay & Dine at Sow" for a combination of a room and table reservation. 
During the process you can choose if you wish to book the short or the long tasting menu. On the next page you will be asked to choose which menu do you wish to dine from (main, pescatarian or vegetarian menu), you can also add the optional breakfast and a Garden Picnic or Gusborne English Sparkling for your arrival. 

Please choose "Dine at Sow" for standard table reservations. 
During the process you can choose if you wish to book the short or the long tasting menu. On the next page you will be asked to choose which menu do you wish to dine from (main, pescatarian or vegetarian menu) and you can also add a tipsy or a soft drinks pairing to elevate your dining experience. 

"Booking Sow with a Voucher" - This booking page is for guests with product-based vouchers from providers like Red Letter Days, Virgin Experience, Buy a Gift, Gift Pro, Direct, and other third-party companies.
This booking section is for guests holding pre-paid product vouchers for Sow. These may be issued by different providers and occasionally have slightly different names, but they fall into one of the following categories:
- Picnic Voucher
- Staycation Voucher
- Tasting Menu Voucher
- Set Menu Voucher
Please ensure you select the correct voucher link when booking, as choosing the wrong option may invalidate your reservation.
If this happens, don’t worry — just contact our Guest Services team and we’ll be happy to help.
Please make sure you provide your voucher details during the booking process as we have a dedicated team who deals with third party vouchers rather than the venue itself. 
If your voucher is a monetary value voucher, please use the Book a Seat(s) in "8" By Andy Sheridan option instead — this ensures your booking goes smoothly.

Can I request a specific table?

At Restaurant SOW the team is unable to guarantee to fulfill any request for specific seats.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At Restaurant SOW, the experience is meticulously orchestrated, and therefore, reservations are essential. We do not accommodate spontaneous visits. To secure your place at our chefs table, we invite you to make a reservation through our website. This ensures your participation in the carefully crafted narrative we present.

Do you have a waiting list?

At Restaurant SOW if the date you wish to book is no longer available, please send us an email with your inquiry (name, email address, phone number, date and time of your booking and numbers of guests) and in case of any cancellation our Guest Relations team can get in touch to arrange your booking.

What is your policy on late arrivals?

At Restaurant SOW we can held your table for 15 minutes. In case of longer delay you may be required to start from the current course, missing earlier parts of the tasting experience.

Can I make a reservation for a large party?

At Restaurant SOW the lergest party we can accomodate is 27 guests at the same time.
If you wish to make a reservation for a parti larger than 8 guests, please contact our Guest Relations Team fur further assistance and details.

At Restaurant SOW, we believe in savoring the moment. There is no time constraint on your evening. As we offer a single seating, you are welcome to fully immerse yourself in the experience, without the pressure of time.

Why is a supplement applied when using a voucher on certain evenings?

At Restaurant SOW, the experience is carefully curated, and demand on certain evenings is particularly high. To utilize your voucher on Friday evening and Saturday all day, a supplement of £15 per person will be applied. For those seeking to avoid this, we invite you to join us on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, or Friday lunch time, where the voucher will be honored without the supplement charge. We trust this flexibility allows you to find the most suitable date and time to enjoy the experience.

What can I do if my voucher expired?

At Restaurant SOW, we are dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible. For inquiries regarding your voucher, we recommend contacting the issuing company directly. They are best equipped to offer specific assistance and may provide options, such as extensions, for a nominal fee.

Why are my card details needed to make a booking?

To secure your reservation at Restaurant SOW, including those made with a gift voucher, we require card details. This serves to confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions, specifically our cancellation policy. We thank you for your understanding.

Are there any potential supplementary costs when dining with a voucher?

While a voucher covers a portion of your experience, please be aware that additional costs may apply. These could include à la carte beverages or any extras beyond the voucher's specific inclusions. Furthermore, a mandatory 12.5% service charge is applied to the final bill. We aim to ensure complete transparency, allowing you to fully anticipate the nuances of your evening.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At Restaurant SOW we accept most major card types except AmericanExpress, cash payment is also accepted.

Do you accept credit cards?

At Restaurant 8 we do accept credit cards as well as debit cards. Most major card types are accepted, except AmericanExpress.

Do you accept contactless payments?

At Restaurant SOW we do accept contactless paymen as well as ApplePay and GooglePay.

Do you have a minimum spend?

At Restaurant SOW, there is no minimum spend. However, all guests are invited to partake in the curated tasting menu, the cornerstone of our experience.

Do you have a gratuity policy for large parties?

At Restaurant SOW, a 12.5% service charge is applied to every bill, irrespective of the party size. This allows us to ensure the highest standards of service for all our guests.

Do you offer gift cards?

At Restaurant SOW, we do indeed offer the opportunity to gift an experience. Here you can choose the most suitable dining option, and allow someone to embark on their own farm to table culinary journey.
